The Challenge
Federal customer agency approached Prometix to assist with solution architecture, technical engineering, setup, integration, configuration, testing and training of Microsoft 365 Teams and associated services to operationalise the Microsoft 365 Teams solution for use by their staff. Our engagement also included ensuring that target configuration in Teams and associated services needs to be ready to undergo a separate and independent IRAP assessment to a “PROTECTED” data classification level.

- Ensured Customer meets certification requirements from ACSC/ASD and M365 prescriptive guidelines to host “PROTECTED” workloads with the solution to be risk assessed to meet these certifications;
- Assisted with target configuration in Teams and associated services that needed to be ready to undergo a separate and independent IRAP assessment to a “PROTECTED” data classification level.
- Configuration for M365 Teams and associated services access for Customer managed devices from both internal and external networks
- Configuration and provide guidance for communication with external federal government agencies using secure method
- Reviewed customer SIEM (ArcSight) and integrated into M365 environment. Leverage implementation in customer Azure tenant
- Provided recommendation on management and reporting toolset available to Office 365 to meet customer Auditing, monitoring requirements
- Provided recommendation on implementing Rights Management and DLP
- Recommendations and documentation into agency’s selected CASB solution (Netskope)
